After the order is placed, Refunds are not accepted If the work has started! 

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that come damaged or broken will be replaced with a new print and shipped for free.

Please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.

We request you to make an unboxing video, without the video you won’t be eligible and won’t be able to receive a replacement.
